300 HRS YOGA PSYCHOLOGY ADVANCED TEACHER TRAINING
For Those Ready to Go Deeper
Online | Yoga Alliance Certified | Starts December 15, 2025
Overview
This advanced training explores the nature of consciousness and human mind and behavior through the lens of Eastern psychology, particularly rooted in Vedic, Yogic, and Buddhist contemplative traditions. It presents an integrative approach that combines inner transformation with philosophical depth, emphasizing the expansion of the Self as a central focus.
Drawing from classical texts such as the Vedas, Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita, and the Yoga Sutras. Participants examine how imbalances across these layers contribute to suffering, confusion, and disconnection, and how conscious practice can restore harmony and clarity.
Yoga Psychology & Self-Knowledge
A key methodology of this training is contemplative inquiry—an inward-looking, reflective process used to observe the functioning of the mind, question habitual patterns, and develop deeper awareness. Rather than relying on external models of diagnosis, this process draws from ancient philosophies, arts and ritual-based traditions to support the student in gaining experiential insight.
This approach weaves together diverse fields such as Yoga, Vedanta, Spirituality, Astrology, Music, Visual Arts, and Buddhism, in dialogue with science, to explore how wisdom is transmitted and embodied.
Program Focus
This course emphasizes:
Understanding consciousness, thought patterns, and the energetic structure of the human experience
Integrating karma theory, cause and effect, and the relationship between the individual and the cosmos
Practicing meditation and mindfulness as tools for regulating the nervous system and transforming mental states
Honoring ritual, inner stillness, and embodied wisdom as pathways to healing and expansion
Bridging inner experience with outer engagement, encouraging a reflective, self-aware approach to life and service
Why This Training Matters
Rather than simply studying the mind, this training invites participants to explore what thinking is, how experiences are shaped, and how intentional inner work can lead to resilience, emotional clarity, and expanded perception. It’s a transformative education for anyone seeking to guide others or walk a path of conscious self-realization.

The world is calling for something deeper — and Yoga Psychology, in its most essential and contemplative form, carries the wisdom to answer.
We are living in a time of profound inner disorientation — a collective undercurrent of anxiety, fragmentation, emotional fatigue, and existential confusion.
Beneath it all, millions are quietly yearning for something they can’t always name: peace that is rooted, clarity that is real, and a path that reconnects them to themselves.
Yoga Psychology
Offers this path. Not as a performance of postures, but as an inner science — a process of returning to the Self through breath, awareness, energy alignment, and insight. It is a system designed not only to balance the body and calm the mind, but to awaken a deeper intelligence within.
But for yoga to truly meet people where they are — in the complexity of their inner worlds, emotional wounds, and spiritual longings — teachers must be prepared beyond technique.
They must be initiated into the subtle dimensions of consciousness, the layers of the psyche, and the transformational power of contemplative presence.
This is where real transmission begins — and where the future of yoga education is headed.
Yoga has always been a living invitation and now, more than ever, we are being called to meet that invitation fully.
In many parts of the world, Yoga has been flattened into shapes, styles, and performance — or confined to rigid lineages that feel distant, coded, or inaccessible for many.
At one extreme, yoga is treated as fitness. At the other, as mystical abstraction just for few.
But somewhere in between lies a living, breathing path of integration — a bridge between modern life and timeless wisdom.
A path of integration and realization of the Self in its totality and that is what you will receive here.
Now is the time for this living wisdom to reawaken — not as something new, but as something remembered.
For many, it becomes medicine for these times, and for some, a gateway into self-realization.
To truly meet others in their full humanity — not just as bodies in motion, but as layered, evolving beings — we need more than techniques.
We need the tools to hold space for the emotional, energetic, and psychological dimensions that arise through practice.
We need to embody the depth we wish to transmit.
This is the heart of Yoga Psychology — and the future of conscious teaching.

Where teaching becomes initiation — and practice becomes Self Realization

JESSICA VILCHES’ EDUCATION
Born in Chile, Jessica’s healing journey began at a young age through psychotherapy. Years later, while studying Physical Theatre at the University of Arts UNIACC, her life took a transformative turn when she discovered Yoga in 1999. This newfound path led her to pursue four years of study at the Contemporary Dance College, University of Arts & Social Sciences, where she explored the profound healing power of movement and somatic therapies.
Jessica later earned a degree in Cultural Management from the Catholic University of Chile, empowering her to create and facilitate numerous healing arts and yoga projects. Her work has significantly impacted underprivileged and vulnerable communities in Chile, using the arts as a tool for transformation.
In 2009, Jessica traveled to India for the first time and felt an instant connection with its ancient culture and spiritual traditions. She knew in her heart that India would soon become her home.
Settling in the sacred city of Varanasi, she spent four years at Benares Hindu University (BHU), studying Yoga and Performing Arts. Over the following years, she fully immersed herself in India’s vast spiritual heritage, dedicating herself to Yoga, Ayurveda, Tantra, Indian Classical Dance, Vedanta, Buddhist Vipassana Meditation, and Indian Psychology.
JESSICA VILCHES ‘ OFFERING
For the past 17 years, Jessica has facilitated courses, retreats, and teacher trainings across the globe, including India, Nepal, Thailand, Australia, Bali, Peru, Chile, France, Italy, Dubai, and Switzerland.
Her retreats focus on the awakening of consciousness through the ancient practices of Tantra Yoga, Shamanism, and the healing arts. She weaves together sacred shamanic rituals from South America with the deep wisdom she has gained from living and studying in India for the past 15 years. This unique fusion of traditions creates a profound experience that bridges both cultures and connects participants to the elements of nature.
Jessica’s work supports the release of stored trauma, fosters self-awareness, and restores balance. Her mission is to guide individuals toward embracing their true selves, celebrating their uniqueness, and integrating all aspects of their being—leading to a deep sense of aliveness and wholeness.
Through her own transformative journey with the healing arts, she has experienced firsthand the power of these ancient modalities to heal, awaken, and transform. It is this profound understanding that inspires her calling to be of service.
